Enter the brand new, bigger than ever festive trail, with lots to see and plenty of photo ops along the way! Receive festive refreshments and meet Santa in his grotto, with every child receiving a gift.

Children's Ticket price includes gift from Santa.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we find it necessary to close the grotto for any reason, we will offer you a refund or the option to book in to an alternative session (subject to availability).
A minimum of one child ticket and one adult ticket must be purchased per booking. Parties of only adults visiting the grotto are not permitted. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. To ensure safe numbers, there is a limit of 10 persons per booking.
